Welcome! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, professionalism, and fun are just some of the qualities I bring to any project or team I am involved in. I’m passionate about building community, making connections, and creating opportunities and my specialties include social media, community management, and event production and management. I work full-time at RecordSetter as the Community Manager and other adventures include being a board member for Techies Give Back and part of the nextNY fellowship program. I also really love peanut butter. Recently, I’ve been really into Skillshare.
Passion Project: In December of 2010 I founded NY Creative Interns, which has grown to become the largest and most active group of creative interns and recent grads in New York City. NY Creative Interns is dedicated to enabling college students and recent grads to find internships, mentors, and inspiration through networking and meetups. I graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts with a concentration in Design. I absolutely loved it there; it’s where the idea for NY Creative Interns began.
