Her most recent venture is in real estate, flipping a 2,600 square foot house in The Catskills / Hudson Valley region into a successful Short Term Rental property called Kin House: getawayupstate.com.

 

In 2017 she co-founded Travel Cat (travelcatshop.com), now the #1 cat travel brand in the world. Miethner oversees influencer marketing, SMS and email marketing, organic digital content, retail, product development, and partnerships for the fast-growing, global 7-figure brand. The company has served catstomers in 75+ countries and is in 250+ retail locations.

Since 2014 Miethner has taught as an Adjunct Professor at School of Visual Arts and Fashion Institute of Technology, leading career and social media classes to a range of students - from freshman to senior learners.
